1. Introduction

Form Limiter & Auto Renamer ("we", "our", or "the Add-on") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Google Workspace add-on handles and protects your data when you use our service.

2. Information We Access and Process

Our Add-on operates directly within your Google Workspace environment (via Google Apps Script). We only access data strictly necessary to provide the intended features:

• Google Forms Data: We access form response counts, form open/close status, and form questions to schedule automatic opening/closing and monitor response quotas.

• Google Drive Data: When the "Auto Rename Uploaded Files" feature is enabled, the Add-on accesses the specific files submitted through the active form solely to rename them based on your selected form fields (e.g., student ID, national ID).

• Configuration Data: Your scheduling and naming preferences are stored securely in your form's DocumentProperties within your own Google account.

3. Data Storage and Third-Party Sharing

• No External Data Transmission: All operations (counting responses, closing forms, and renaming files) are executed entirely on Google's cloud infrastructure through Google Apps Script.

• We do NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personal data, form responses, or uploaded files to any external servers or third parties.

• We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or model training.

4. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Form Limiter & Auto Renamer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. User Control and Data Revocation

You can stop using the Add-on and remove all scheduled triggers at any time by clicking "Stop All Monitoring" inside the Add-on sidebar. You may also revoke the Add-on's access permissions at any time via your Google Account Security Settings.
